Primer (Ruthie Belle) - Not used for Dark Matter

NOTE: This primer can be used with any type of glue, except the Dark Matter. 
Dark Matter will not need Primer applying together. 

Description: Primer removes oils and moistens natural lashes for a better grab and retention of adhesive. It must be applied with a disposable brush to avoid spreading bacteria.
